While the industry was putting itself together there became a need for a carrier willing to take on the liability of moving high value freight. While working at an air freight company, Computer Movers, Inc owners saw an opportunity and chance to “do something better”. So in 1982, Computer Movers, Inc opened its doors at a 600 sq ft facility and bought its first truck, a Ford E150 Van. Early on, Computer Movers would move singe units weighing thousand of pounds. Soon technology changed and those single units turned into thousands of units so more trucks and equipment were needed to keep up. Now Computer Movers, Inc operates out of nearly 15,000 sq ft and runs multiple eVans daily. Computer Movers, Inc has become adept at disassembling and reinstalling a variety of equipment and stayed on the cutting edge of handling the more technical side of moving.Located in Duluth, GA, Computer Movers, Inc is right off I-85 which gives our drivers easy access to all of the Atlanta Metro Area, the entire state of Georgia, and nationwide.
